HOW TO OPT IN
You may consent to receive text messages from Atlanta Endo Surgical Center by (1) checking the SMS consent box on our online appointment request form, (2) checking the SMS consent box on our new patient intake paperwork, or (3) giving verbal consent to our staff by phone or at check-in, which we record in your patient record.
WHAT WE SEND
Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, requests to leave a review following treatment, payment links for outstanding balances, and individual messages from our staff regarding scheduling or follow-up.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Patients typically receive 2–4 messages per appointment.
COST
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Atlanta Endo Surgical Center does not charge for text messages.
HOW TO OPT OUT
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You may also call our office at (770) 939-6760 and ask to be removed.

Supported on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messages never include clinical diagnoses, treatment details, or other Protected Health Information. Messages are limited to scheduling information and general practice communications.
