If I could ever say that I had a WONDERFUL dental experience then THIS is the time and the place is Atlanta Endo Surgical Center!!! The admin team to the clinical team were ALL so accessible and accommodating. I was seen within a day of my initial call and had all the insurance coverage questions answered. When I called I could barely talk, I was in so much pain BUT when I there I was immediately relieved by the kindness and professionalism of the whole team!!!
Today, I was in and out for my follow up appointment and have a clear understanding of the next steps. I cannot say thank you enough for the AMAZING customer service you have given. Exceptional care!!! In this day and age we have to call out excellent customer service.

I had a great experience with Atlanta Endo Surgical Center. The facility was clean, modern and bright with natural light throughout. The staff was ready for me when I arrived so I didn’t wait in the lobby forever before I was seen. The receptionist was on top of things. She called me back on the same day I scheduled my appointment online. She also gave me a quote for my out of pocket responsibility after insurance BEFORE my appointment so I knew what to expect. As someone who has had an anxious & traumatic dental journey, I do not leave this review lightly. I came to this office during one of my more traumatic and painful experiences. Every single staff member was so incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate. Dr. Helen was amazing. She made sure the focus was on supporting me and ensuring my well being. She educated me on what was happening and how we would address it. She is one of 3 dental professionals in my entire journey (which has included MANY dental professionals) that have made me feel seen, cared for, and heard. Because of the safety and comfort her and her staff provided, I have not given up on my journey. They helped me feel empowered to find a new dentist and set the standard for what I was looking for. They helped heal my dental issue and also some of my dental anxiety. I need another root canal and there was no question where I would be headed…

I can't believe I'm writing a review in favor of dental work in America, having a lifetime of negative experiences in American dentistry. Because of my experiences and the costs I now get superb and affordable dentistry (cosmetic and otherwise) in Mexico amd will continue to do so. Seeing as how this was my first time getting a root canal, I was nervous about how it might go but Dr. Sempira and her team made the experience entirely hassle-free and pain-free. Scheduling was easy, the office was very accommodating and got me in quickly, which I really appreciated given the severity of the dental pain I was experiencing. The front desk staff was also very friendly and thorough in explaining things.
From the initial visit to the completion of the procedure, Dr. Sempira was very thorough, explained everything that she was doing to make sure I understood what was going on and answered all of my questions. Part of what makes me nervous about dental procedures is the injection of the local anesthesia, but she and her assistant made this pain-free. I was actually very relaxed the whole time.
Thank you, Dr. Sempira and team! My first root canal couldn't have gone better and I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly!

I wish I have known this place years ago and doctor Sempira. I had old root canal started acing. General dentist doctor Patel recommended doctor Sempira to check up this. Older root canal was performed out of country a long long time ago. I was not sure it could be successful and save the teeth. I had second treatment on this teeth already and result was better than expected, I hope and think I could save this teeth. All staff from front desk to all were very kind and efficient. The place is very clean, up to date and welcoming
Thanks to doc Sempira she was amazing doctor and has touch of professional fingers. I would highly recommend to see doctor Sempira for root canal treatment.

Where should I start about Dr. Sempira office. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile by the office personnel. I informed her that I was nervous and scared but she assured me that I was in great hands. Well, if you work in the office, that's what you are supposed to say right.
Then I was called to the back by Ryah, she also assured me that I would be taken good care of. I informed them that it took a lot to get me numb. She promised me they would get me numbed before proceeding.
Dr. Sempira came in and assured me as well.
Long story short, I was numb, I did not feel anything. The entire staff was top notch. I never want to have a root canal again but if I have too, I will be back at Dr. Sempira office for her and her staff to fix me up. Great customer service, bedside manners and explained everything. Awesome job!!!

The staff were all so kind and caring during my check in, procedure, and checkout. Dr. Sempira did a great job of making sure I was numb and comfortable. She provided a very gentle care experience, so much so that I actually started to fall asleep during the procedure because I was so comfortable during it. I've done my consult, my root canal, and my follow- up, so it's all over now, and I gotta say: if you have to get a root canal, definitely get it done here! They made the process so much better than I thought it could be. Everyone here was so attentive and empathetic and kind. The facility is not just clean, but calming too. They really go out of their way to make it as nice as possible. And they remembered me every time, I felt really attended to as a person.

Dr. Helen Sempira and her Team provided a level of care I had never experienced receiving a root canal. From the moment, I made the appointment to the delivery of care yesterday everything was done with precision and a level of quality with me the patient in mind.
Dr. Sempira and her assistant Endondylyn did an exceptional job explaining in detail the condition of my tooth and what would be required to restore it. During the procedure, they made sure that I felt comfortable and never experienced any pain.
